Dr David B Savage, UK

David Savage is a Wellcome Trust Senior Clinical Fellow based in the Institute of Metabolic Science at Cambridge University. The principal focus of his laboratory is to understand the molecular and physiological basis of insulin resistance in humans. He has a keen interest in rare genetic disorders characterised by extreme insulin resistance, particularly lipodystrophy.
